This topic is for discussions on fraud alerts, spam alerts, scams and other bad experiences. Users may relay events of bad service, only where factual events and non emotive content is the base of the post.
Zero Tolerance is employed for bad mouthing for the sake of it, without detailed account of what happened including dates and other facts.

The intent of this topic is to help each other avoid being conned, wasting money on scams, frauds and extremely poor services or products. It is not for one off disputes with reputable companies and businesses, posts of this nature will be deleted.

2 You must include the following details| website, email, phone, fax, ABN or ACN, contact name
3 You may NOT discuss other business names or services directly in your posts
4 You may NOT repeatedly post the same message. This will be viewed as spam and will result in all of your posts being deleted.
5 You may NOT post details on a business where you are not authorized legally by that entity to do so
6 You may post sales, promotions and campaigns as often as you run them as long as you do so reasonably
7 You MUST honour any claim, discount, statement or offer made in your posts. If they expire you are to state so explicitly the date of expiry.

Failure to follow the rules outlined above will result in posts belng deleted.
